TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Our reception hours are 8-2pm Monday - Saturday. No reception hours on Sunday. We have an automated self check-in procedure that we will send to you via e-mail after your reservation is confirmed. Please follow these instructions carefully.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIMES
Check in is anytime between 4pm and10pm.
If you are arriving after 10pm we ask you to book a private room in order to maintain the serenity of our dorm rooms. Also, remember that we are an independently owned and operated hostel, so you do not have to be a member of any organization to stay at Travelers’ House.

Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
Guests and accompanying belongings must be out of their room for check out, by 11am. If you need to store your luggage on the day of your departure, please arrange with reception. We offer free luggage storage on the day of your departure. Arrangements for day of departure luggage storage is available at no extra cost and guests are welcome to enjoy the communal lounge areas until their departure time.

GUEST RESTRICTIONS
Bookings cannot be accepted from any person under the age of 17 unless they are accompanied by an adult 18+. Guests aged 17 years of age can book into one of dorm rooms, but must be accompanied by an adult. If traveling with children, you must book our private room. Most of our guests are seasoned travelers and adventurers in the 18 to 35 age range. No outside visitors are allowed to enter Travelers’ House premises without staff approval. Animals/pets are therapeutic, but sadly not allowed unless they are service animals.
