There are three options:
1. Cipaganti shuttle bus:
Last time I heard, it cost Rp90 000 ($10).
2. Airport bus to Jakarta Gambir station (Rp20 000) then train to Bandung (Rp45 000 for business class, Rp60 000 for executive class). Trains departs at 05:50, 08:25, 10:25, 15:50, 17:50, 20:25
3. There is also a flight from Jakarta's second airport, Halim Perdanakusuma (HLP), on Merpati for Rp93 500 ($10.50). It departs at 08:00 and arrives at 08:35. Please note that this is a different airport to the main international airport, Soekarno-Hatta (CGK).
