I can't really see what the need for a traveling CNA would be as traveling jobs are to fulfill a shortage, usually in a skilled field. CNAs are pretty plentiful and easily trained for any shortage. Besides, it is not cost effective to hire traveler CNAs as they would be way too expensive.
What is a cna's job description?
A CNA or a Certified Nurses Assistant, also known as a Nurse Aide or Home Health Aide provids activities of daily living to those who need assistance. These activities include: dressing, hygiene, bathroom visits, grooming, feeding, light house work, ect. A CNAs duties will depend on what type of facility he or she is employed at. Places of employment include: Hospitals, nursing homes, hospice, long-term care facilities, and private homes. CNAs work long hours and are usually understaffed, the pay is low, however, the work can be very rewarding.
